Hassan Soubhi: I am a researcher and the founding editor-in-chief of JRIPE. I have a background in medicine, public health, epidemiology, and health promotion. I am fascinated by group behavior and behavior in groups—how individuals organize what they know and what they do collectively, how they care about each other, how they learn from each other, and how they evolve a whole that is greater or less than the sum of its parts.
I have published about how couples and families can influence health behavior and how neighborhoods and families can influence childhood injuries. I am now publishing on how groups of health professionals can improve care by working and learning together.
I look for inspiration in everything collective from collection of atoms and molecules to cells, organisms, and societies. The Blogosphere is my newly discovered collective and I look forward to its wonders.
